- Cooper Custom Construction
This Mukilteo home is one of several custom homes Bo and his crews have completed for the Coopers. Completed in 2006, the home features JamesHardie siding, cedar shingles, T&G covered porch, columns and cedar deck.
- PMA Development Services LLC
These four high-end custom homes in Edmonds were completed in 2006. All four homes featured tight-knot bevel cedar siding as well as cedar shingles. Bo and his crews also built and installed the decks, trellises, and columns.
- Pacific Emerald Homes
These Edmonds custom homes were completed in 2007. They included pre-primed tight knot cedar bevel siding, cedar shingles and all enclosed overhang soffits with T&G pine. We installed all post and beam wrap trims, corbels and knee braces.
- William Buchan Homes
The 48th St. Residences in Sammamish were completed in 2008. Each of the five town homes feature Hardie plank lap siding, Hardie Shingles as well as Hardie Panel board and batten. Bo and his staff also included all Hardie Panel shutters, wood kneebraces and entry corbels.
- Fairbank Construction
The 'Fremont Condos' in Seattle were completed in 2007. This project was unique in that it included a 40 ft. tall tower with a radius wall as well as a rain screen installation. While the tower features clear tongue and groove cedar siding, the rest of the building consists of Smooth Hardie Plank siding with metal corner clips that give it a mitered-corner look.
- Anderson Construction Group
These three story townhomes in Fremont for Anderson Construction Group were completed in 2008. They included all Hardie Plank lap siding with Hardie Panel board and batten look in the gables.
- Precision Homes Inc.
Bo and his crews have completed over 75 houses for Precision Homes in neighborhoods in the Woodinville, Bothell, Lynnwood and Kenmore areas. Most of the homes were completed with Hardie Plank siding, cedar shingles and Hardie Panel board and batten. They also included wood columns, cedar or Trek decks and cedar trellis's and fencing on most of the houses.
- Roche Harbor
The 2006 Roche Harbor project on San Juan Island consisted of twelve highly detailed, historically accurate homes. The rare architecture featured high-end finish carpentry on the outside. Bo and his staff had the privilege of completing all of the cedar siding, trims, columns, trellis's, decks and deck stairs and railings.
- Canal Station Condos Phase II
Bo was involved in this condo project in 07 - 08 with Cobra Construction Co. This Condo included installation of a rainscreen system with Hardie Plank Panel siding, Tamlyn corners and vertical joints, XLD Hardie trims, some Hardie Plank Lap siding and Panel sofits.
- Pine Island Construction
The Filipino Community Center was completed in 2008. This project included Smooth Hardie Panel with Tamlyn low profile inside and outside corners and vertical H seam strips. Archways included smooth Hardie Plank and Tamlyn corner as well.
- Corstone Contractors
Corstone Contractors: Coastal Comm Bank. This project in Monroe was completed in 2008 and included 8-1/4" Hardie Plank lap siding with wood trims.
